These Terms of Use for the website
https://rdnkdocs.com/ (hereinafter — the “Terms” and the “Website”) are entered into between the website visitor (hereinafter — the “User”) and Individual Entrepreneur (FOP) Rudenko Vladyslav Vitaliiovych, acting on the basis of an Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Formations (hereinafter — the “Service Provider”), and govern the ways of using the Website, all information available on the Website, and all services provided by the Service Provider through the Website (hereinafter — the “Services”).
The User’s access to and use of the Website confirms the User’s consent to and acceptance of these Terms.
The Website operates “as is and as available”, i.e., in the form in which the User currently sees it and as it is available to the User.
These Terms apply to both individuals and legal entities. The Service Provider reserves the right to change any posted data, information, and services at any time without prior notice.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS1.1. By using the Website or any part thereof, the User automatically gives full and unconditional consent to all terms of these Terms and undertakes to comply with them.

2. RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS, AND LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES2.1. The User undertakes to use the Website solely for purposes that do not contradict the Privacy Policy available at

2.2. If the User believes that the Website contains information that violates the User’s rights, the User should send a notice to

2.3. If the User provides false information regarding a violation of the User’s rights, the User bears full responsibility for any damages and expenses incurred in connection therewith.

4.2. The Service Provider is not responsible for any information posted on third-party websites that the User accesses through the Website or through third-party content, including any opinions or statements expressed on third-party websites or within third-party content.
4.3. Any reference/link to any website, product, service, or any information of a commercial or non-commercial nature posted on the Website does not constitute approval or recommendation of such products/services by the Service Provider.
4.4. If the User decides to leave the Website and go to third-party websites and/or use or install third-party programs, the User does so at their own risk. From that moment, these Terms no longer apply to the User, and the User should be guided by the terms and policies of third-party websites.
5. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS5.1. The Service Provider may amend these Website Terms of Use at any time without prior notice to Users. By using this Website in any manner, the User undertakes to comply with these Terms; therefore, the User is obliged to review them each time the User visits this Website.
